Preamble
Les Mordus welcomes a small number of guests each season. Invitations are extended upon request, at the discretion of the house, after review of each file.
1. Nature of the invitation
This website does not constitute a commercial offer open to the public. No stay is guaranteed by the mere submission of a request. Our concierge responds to each enquiry within forty-eight hours to confirm the next steps.
2. Confirmation
The stay becomes firm upon receipt of the personalised, signed estimate and payment of the agreed deposit (generally thirty percent of the total amount).
3. Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be detailed in the personalised estimate. They take into account the seasonal nature of hunting and the operational commitments of the team (beaters, hunt staff, local partners).
4. Safety and hunting legislation
Hunts are conducted in accordance with Moroccan legislation on touristic hunting and the annual decrees of the Agence nationale des Eaux et Forêts (ANEF). Each guest undertakes to strictly observe the safety instructions issued by our team.
The possession and transport of firearms by foreign guests are subject to customs formalities and to the touristic hunting permit issued by Moroccan authorities. Les Mordus assists with these procedures.
5. Liability
Les Mordus declines all liability in the event of a guest's failure to comply with safety instructions or with applicable legislation. Additional insurance may be recommended depending on the guest's profile.
6. Confidentiality
The identity of our guests, as well as the composition of their stays, remains strictly confidential. No public communication will be made without prior written agreement.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Fes, Kingdom of Morocco, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers residing in the European Union.
