The Heritage
A word from the founder
In the heart of the Moroccan Middle Atlas, in Ifrane — sixteen hundred and fifty metres above sea level, nestled within a protected cedar forest — I was raised gun in hand. Since the age of six, heir to a hunting line where the gesture is passed from father to son.
Founded in 1929 and nicknamed the Little Switzerland of Morocco, Ifrane is one of the few towns in the Kingdom to know snow. Pitched roofs, streets lined with linden trees, undergrowth of millennial cedars: a quiet threshold between grand hospitality and the wild chase.
I have devoted my life to this twofold culture — table, house, hunt. A pioneer of luxury hospitality in Morocco, I bring to Les Mordus Estate the art of receiving at the strictest protocol, alongside the hunting ethic learned in childhood.
Les Mordus arose from this conviction: that a hunt of the highest order must be composed like a palace stay — through discretion, through precision, through care.
“Hunting is our way of life.”
