2. Data collected
Through the invitation request form, we collect: full name, country of residence, email address, phone number (optional), preferred period of stay, number of guests, and a free-text message.
3. Purposes
- Processing your invitation request and qualifying your file;
- Exchanges with our concierge regarding a potential stay;
- Maintaining our prospects database (36-month retention from last contact).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), collected via a checkbox when submitting the form. For Moroccan residents, processing complies with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with any commercial third party. It is accessible only to the Les Mordus team and to our technical sub-processors (host, email delivery service), bound by a sub-processing contract compliant with the GDPR.
6. Hosting and location
Data transits through Cloudflare (United States, certified under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) and is stored on servers located in the European Union (Resend, Ireland region).
7. Retention periods
- Prospects data: 36 months from last contact;
- Confirmed guests' data: 5 years from end of stay;
- Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Law 09-08, you have the right to:
- access, rectification, erasure of your data;
- restrict and object to processing;
- data portability;
- set post-mortem directives;
- lodge a complaint with the CNIL (EU) or the CNDP (Morocco).

9. Cookies
The Les Mordus website does not use any audience measurement or advertising cookies. Only a technical token required for anti-bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be deposited briefly during form submission.
